Reset factions Khitai

Yes, by every faction camp there are signs to betray factions. 

So if you are associated with Last Legion and want to join Scarlet Circle you need to go the a Scarlet Circle camp and around it's border some where you will find a sign where you will get a "Use" mouse cursor (gears). Click it and you will be prompted to betray the other faction and get a quest. Then you need to work to a +5,000 faction point to get the daily quests and sell insignias.
